Welcome to ONLINE REGISTRATION!  Below are the steps you will need to follow to create a user account and register online for professional development activities.

1.       Use the Workshop Overview or Workshop Calendar to browse professional development opportunities.  Click on Workshop Overview for a listing of workshops by Title or click on Workshop Calendar to view activities by date/month held. Click on a specific workshop and you will open an overview description of that session. Note the availability of seating and the name of the contact person for questions.  To register for a specific activity you must have an existing User Account and Sign-in.

2.       Sign-in and Register.  New users first need to Create an Account by completing a user profile.  To accomplish this click Create an Account in the upper right corner of this screen.  Account holders Sign-in using their Username and Password. To Register, open a workshop overview, click the Apply button to start the application process; then click Submit button to finalize the registration process.  There will be a pop-up box with information confirming enrollment. Workshops are filled on a first-come, first-served enrollment basis up to full seating capacity.

3.       View My Workshops record of current enrollments. Print this page for reference and contact information should your ability to attend change. SERC will honor requests to withdraw an application if communicated at least ten (10) days prior to the workshop date.

4.       Pay for the workshop.  SERC accepts personal and business checks as well as district/agency purchase orders in payment of workshop registration fees. Make checks payable to Rensselaer at Hartford and mail payment along with a copy of your My Workshops record to the contact person at 25 Industrial Park Road, Middletown, CT 06457. Write the Event Activity Code and your SERC Member Number on your check or purchase order. Payment is requested prior to attending the workshop.

Edit Your Profile.  Sign-in and make changes to your user profile by clicking on Hello USERNAME in red at the upper right corner of the screen.

Disability-Related Accommodations.  Workshop application forms provide space to indicate a disability-related accommodation need or concern for participation. Mail or fax the appropriate application form to the Contact Person for the activity. Individuals who apply online should call or email the Contact Person to discuss the disability-related need or contact SERC at ada@ctserc.org.

Inclement Weather Notice.  Call SERC at 860-632-1485, Weather Extension 267, after 6:30 a.m. on the day of the training for session-specific delay or cancellation information.
